Lazy devilled eggs
Pleasantly soft & spicy
Devilled eggs, but different. Beautiful combination of soft egg yolk with the creaminess of a tangy blue cheese like Gorgonzola, the acidity of gherkin and the sweetness of paprika and ketchup. Dabs of mayonnaise, crunchy sesame seeds and some fresh coriander do the rest.
Full flavour palette that effortlessly complements a gorgeous stout like Motor Oil from Moersleutel brewery. Heavy yet soft on the tongue with the bitterness that was still missing. A guarantee for an hour or so of delicious enjoyment.
