Ingredients

for the salmon balls
400 g fresh salmon
1 red onion, cut into pieces
2 cloves of garlic
grated lemon peel
1 egg
75 g panko or breadcrumbs
a few sprigs of coriander
paprika
pepper
salt
2 tbsp olive oil

for the avocado dip sauce
100 g Greek yoghurt
1 avocado
2 tbsp lemon juice

Method

  1. Put all ingredients for the salmon balls in a blender and mix vigorously but not completely smooth. Roll out 20 not too small balls. Put olive oil in a frying pan and when the oil is hot, fry the balls until brown and crispy. Serve the balls on a plate.

  2. When the meatballs are baking, clean the blender and blend all the ingredients with some salt and pepper to make a nice smooth sauce. Pour the sauce into a bowl.
