Eindhoven city brewery by name. Started brewing beer in 2015. Rich history with 250 speciality beers. Names as an ode to the light city of Eindhoven: 40, 100, 150 Watt, Heeren van Eyndhoven, Witte Dame, Evoluwonder. Preferably as much local as possible, raw materials, recipes, collaboration.
Café 100 Watt is located in the former Schellens textile factory, right in the heart of Eindhoven, with a sunny terrace along the Dommel River. Great place to hang out both indoors and outdoors. Launched a brand-new craftbeer brerwery Van Moll Craft Beer and Stadsbrouwerij 013 in 2023, 'Lighttown Brewers', doubling their brewing capacity. By now brewing has already become the seventh-largest craftsmanship in Eindhoven."
Winning awards time and again. Recommendations? Best NEIPA of 2023, Orchestra of Angels, creamy, smooth, tropical fruity. If you like heavier beer, Quadrupel 150 Watts. Excellent combo with the Oven Roasted Chickenwings, with beer-hotsauce, homemade of course. Or one of the always special specials. Glow, glüdrupel, 10.3%. 400 Volt, Russian Imperial Stout, 10%. An Lager Waltz, Vienna Lager, 5%.
